About

Who We Are :

Mil Ke Chalo Association is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) & Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Amalner (Maharashtra), India whose vision is to develope scientific temperament in rural youth for better future nation formation.

Background

The story of formation of MKCA has started long back ago in 2009 with the thought of ‘what next’ in life & unexpected educational experiences of our founder member Aniruddha. So, he decided to work for some positive change in educational field. But it took a while to get a firmness of the decision and maturity of thoughts for which his maters education in United Kingdom helped a lot. One can get a strong feeling of Love & Greatness about our Mother India by getting away from her for a while. Then he came back to India with the decided goal of working in the rural area near the native place which is Amalner. But as there was lack of experience he worked with a well-known NGO ‘Jnana Prabodhini’ in remote part of Dharashiv (Osmanabad) district of Maharashtra. There he got chance to work with the people and practical exposure of management lessons in rural scenario. Also met a competent, devoted life partner Kalyani, who was looking for right opportunity to work in education field to use her knowledge of engineering field. Then they have decided the main goal of their lives of ‘working with the people for betterment of society’. And our journey for the same has started with the origin of Mil Ke Chalo Association.

Approach:

We have selected ‘Education’ as the main tool for bringing the change we are want & entering into the lives of rural people. We are using science as a medium to develop scientific temperament. Activity based learning is at the core of all projects with orientation & practicing the scientific skills required to develop scientific temperament.
